Hi, wondering if anyone can help me.

Had to remove a hkc wireless door sensor. The alarm now keeps going off. Tried to tape the sensors together like it would be if it was still on the door but the alarm still goes off.

The sensor needs to be in a certain orientation for it to not show a fault. Leave the sensor in the position it originally was on the door.

    Hi fred funk

Taped the sensor to the magnet around the same position but sensor still goes off.

As well as the magnet lining up correctly. The main sensor unit (large unit) must be at the same orinatation as it was on the door originally. The sensor head inside needs to be correct or else it will not work.
