    Hi Everyone

Looking for all advice while I book official appointments. A site has come up that I am interested in in an upcomming property auction. It is in a greenbelt so the market for it wouldn't be big.

Has anyone had any experience buying on property auctions?

Can you approach the auctioneer and try to arrange to buy the property prior to auction?

    Any help welcome boardsies

You will have to get a solicitor to examine the title before you bid, whether before or after the auction. If you don't secure the site it will be money down the drain.
