    Whedon announced earlier this year that he wouldn't work with Marvel anymore - the Marvel execs and producers tied his hands too much when it came to Age of Ultron.

    His brother Jed is still exec on Agents of SHIELD and Joss will always be credited as one of the creators on that, but officially he hasn't been involved in that since series one and good chance he consults with his brother occasionally about the show on a personal level, but he certainly has no professional involvement anymore.

    No reason he wouldn't direct (and write) a Flash/Supergirl musical crossover if he was asked to do so - he's a big fan of musicals and outside of his own shows and films, he directed an episode of Glee at one point, so it's not like he's averse to coming in and directing an episode for a series he has no further involvement with.
