Travel agents in Dublin airport

    Have read that there are agents in the airport where you can just rock up and they will show you some (hopefully) cheap flights or package deals departing that day, possibly within an hour or two.

    Does anyone know if this is true, if so what are the chances of them having something, anything, on offer?

    The only agents that are in the airport are the handling agents for all the main airlines.. you may get a flight but for travel within an hour or two it will be expensive.

    Best bet is going to a proper travel agents and seeing what they have

    I've not head of this but now you mention it, I do recall seeing travel agent desks in the terminal a few years ago. I've no idea if they still exist but I thought it strange they were there !
    And no they were not airline desks or handling agents! If I recall correctly they were in the arrivals area of T1!?
