Hi just looking for advice or anyone with same experience. I left my wedding dress into a dry cleaners 2 days after my wedding. It wasn't bad it was more so just freshen up so I could sell it on. The dress came back 3 weeks later and it was marked with black and grey marks randomly. I asked them to clean it again. I went to collect it and noticed there are more marks and marks that I know were 100% not on it when I left it in. I've argued this point and have been told that they could be oxidised stains?? I've asked them to clean it for the 3rd time. My dress is ruined and needs a serious clean now. I can't afford to pay these guys and send if somewhere else. Now where do I stand if it comes back the same or even worse?? It's their word against mine regarding the stains. I'm just so upset over this.
