Tops to go with bridemaid skirts

I have found gorgeous skirts for my bridesmaids but the problem I am having is trying to find suitable dressy tops to go with the skirts.

I ideally would like a nude/beige colour top to go with the skirts.

Possibly an off the shoulder top.

I find that most tops are just too casual for bridemaids.

If anyone has any tips for any shops or anywhere online I could look that would be great

Check online. They have huge selection of wedding type stuff. I don't know what style the skirts are so it's hard to advise but something like that might be nice:

Thanks for the responses. I like the shape of that top but I want something plain with no sequins.

I also like the shape of this top in coast but preferably something cheaper and in a nude/cream. (I actually cant post the link but in coast it is called the 'Dylan Structured Top'

Unfortunately there are no sizes left and I cant find it anywhere else.

thanks for all the responses. WellyD I really like your 2nd option if it was more of a nude colour and not a pink colour, I really like the off the shoulder look.

Unfortunately it seems with a lot of options I find online their are limited sizes left. I will need 4 tops from a size 8 to an 18! I think this will be harder than I thought.

Maybe you go for 2 bridesmaids in one style top and 2 in another? Or even all 4 same colour but different style , that way they could all pick a style they are comfortable in. Just thinking the size 18 might not be comfortable in a bardot style top, depending on the boob size!
