Self Monitoring Alarm Help!

    Hi,

    Looking for an alarm system that I can self monitor through my mobile, I do not want to pay a monthly fee that seems to be charged by some companies for self Monitoring through an app. I am looking to be able to switch on/off the alarm remotely, get notified when the alarm is activated, possibly with images, is there anything on the market suitable, also any idea of prices would be great too,
