My wife who has a primary degree from an Edinburgh Uni but is now resident in Ireland would like to go back to University and do a psychology undergrad.

Will she be eligible for 'free fees' as she has not received any education here to date or will her already obtained primary degree prevent that?

Pretty sure she'll be ineligible as she already has a degree. Don't think it matters what country it's from. Not 100% sure on this but I do remember someone asking about it before.
