    Thomas Barr won his semi-final in the 400m hurdles in the olympics and is through to the final.

    If you run your best and he certainly did then no complaints really. His time would have been good enough for bronze in 2012

    Gutted, did great though smashing record and under 48.fair play, still young, Tokyo.Munster express sports person of month not much of a consolation probably...only joking...fair play Thomas.
    Nearly crashed car listening to it.
