    I did first year of a level 8 course two years ago but dropped out after that when I found it wasn't for me. I've been accepted onto another level 8 course that I feel would suit me better.

    Does the fact I've already done a year mean I'm not eligible for Back to Education under their progression rule? Or does that only count if you complete a course?
