    Has any one got costs on precast concrete first floor slab for a selfbuild.

    Cost per m2 would be great

    dependent on many factors, but general in the range of €35-40 /m2 + VAT

    got my hollowcore slabs delivered and installed for 40€ inc. vat. per sq mtr. straight off the truck onto the house. 4-5 hours i think. job done.
