Trampoline park waivers

When you go to a trampoline park, of which there are several in ireland now, you have to sign a waiver which basically says "no matter what happens, I cant hold anyone accountable whilst taking park in Events in the park". Or words to that nature

Now, assuming that a child is conforming to all normal rules of health and safety, what happens if the equipment is faulty? Is there liability there or does that waiver form cover all eventualities on behalf of the park?

You can't contract out of negligence. The waiver is there to disclaim as much liability as they can, legally, and chance their arm with the rest of it.
