    That's why I said "doubtful", as opposed to flat no. :D

    One thing is for sure, with the poor mouth the construction industry puts on regarding cost v profit, if there are any falls, you can bet your bottom dollar, our government in it's majestic wisdom will do something to intervene and **** it up!
