AerLingus mobile check in

Is there any way to check in children traveling with adults on the Aer Lingus mobile site or app?

I wasn't able to check in more than one person at a time but when I went to check in the children it wouldn't let me do it without checking in an adult at the same time.

When I checked in on the way over on the desktop site there was no such restrictions and now I find myself with two adults checked in and no children.

I don't think you can check in children online with aerlingus, has to be done at the airport.

I was able to do it on the first leg though. If I could uncheck myself I could probably do it again on the desktop site but that seems impossible too.

Not all airports allow mobile check in yet, where are you flying from?

theres a heap of info missing on this question. Are the kids kids or actually infants(<3yo).
Have you already travelled the first leg, and when is the second leg, and have you paid for seats, and if so have you paid for the kids. Or have you booked the flight yourself, through a 3rd party, or have you made some changes on the original booking ? Something is causing the issue but generally blaming it on "kids" doesnt sound right.

Ive had issues with managing bookings online with infants and later when a booking was modified over the phone (misspelling or something) , but if you ring aer lingus they can sort it out quickly for you over the phone.

The mobile phone app cant checkin multiple people properly to generate multiple passes, but you can just do that on the normal site and print out the passes at the airport, of course for free as you are not flying Ryanair.

All the info was there in the opening posts, in fairness. Turns out the desktop site and app are fine but the mobile site is messed up and should never be used to check in groups including children.

The customer service desk at the airport was able to sort me out and save an hour queuing and a possible missed flight.
