Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Hi folks, I am enquiring if a car can be imported from the north or Britain and if the vrt is excluded at point of import or does vehicle modifications have to be made first and reclaim vrt later. Thanks.

The modifications need to be done and showed as paid for before you present the car for vrt.
You can retrospectively claim vrt, but why bother?

Citizens into has a wealth of information on this subject. The company doing your conversion will be able to advise you too
