FTA / Sky Box Questions

    Hi Guys,

    This may sound like a silly question but looking for advice. A mate of mine has 2 FTA boxes currently setup in 2 different rooms.
    If i replace one of the FTA boxes with an old sky box and uk or ireland card will the channels automatically come through or would the dish need to be re-positioned ?

    I know the channel lineups will vary depending on the card but is it as simple and just swapping out the boxes?
