Went to cinema on Thursday to see The Shallows but it wasn't on that night (it was on Wednesday so I thought it would be on Thursday too). Anyway, went to see Nerve instead. I enjoyed it. It's not going to set the world on fire, but I was entertained (even if, as a man in my 40s, I was definitely not the target demographic - this is a teen movie through and through).

I could imagine this kind of game happening in the real world too, horrifyingly enough...

just home from it now i enjoyed it and i second what Mr. E said above i could really see something like this happening for real.

    my only gripe:
was the ending it felt rushed and boring and totally ruined the film but bar that it was good fun and the "hacking" bit was cringe

Enjoyable but yeh the final act was rushed. They had a good concept but didn't really know how to end it.

Went to see this this afternoon and really enjoyed it. I've seen enough disappointing films in the cinema recently it's nice to go to something refreshing for a change.
