Back Boiler Plumbing

    Hi all,

I was striping out the old open fireplace and brick surround in our new (to us) house and discovered this pipework in a void to the right of the chimney breast.

There is no back boiler installed but i'm wondering if the house was plumbed for it? The pipes go down into the floor and not sure where from there.

We're getting a stove fitted and had dismissed a back boiler as we had assumed the plumbing wasn't there but may reconsider it if it is.

    Thanks

If those are the only pipes, it's not suitable for a stove.

That's all I can see anyway. What does the stove require?

2 for gravity to the cylinder, and 2 for the heating circuit.
