hanging light shade from suspended

    As the title says I'm looking for any tips to hang 2 quite large and weighty lamp shades from a suspended ceiling(which is below hollowcore)

    I don't want to end up bringing the whole lot down on top of myself.

    If anyone has done something similar I'd be glad to hear.
