Who to fit Stoneer natural stone?

    Hi All,

We are thinking about using McMonagle "stoneer" natural stone for our new build. It's a guillotined stone about 30mm thick with a flat backing and it's natural stone, not cladding.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on who we could get to fit it, as in what trade? The obvious thought was a stonemason however a few people have said to us that tilers can be quite good at this job too?

    Would love any comments/recommendations/advice.

    Many thanks!

It is Cladding. Cladding is an operation not a material.

A stonemason would be your best bet as they will have the eye for mixing and matching sizes in order for it to imitate natural stone.
