Hi - bought an item online from Gearbest - It got stopped by revenue and I got the letter from them - no problem - was expecting it.

I emailed up on monday all the documents as requested and sent to follow up emails but have had nor reply - Should I call them or does the item just arrive and payment done then?

If revenue get in touch it should be AP, couriers act as an intermediary so contact would come from them directly.

When I've emailed DMC they've emailed back to indicate the item was released for delivery.

They never answer the phone, email is your only route.

Yeah just rang them - voicemail.

I've emailed Monday x 2, Tuesday, Wednesday and Today and not one response - I want to pay it and get the item but nothing - just a quick reply would be enough!!

Just following up - actually got a call back and they said that hadn't got the original emails on mon, tues. Spoke to a very pleasant girl who sorted it out over phone and said the item will be with me on Monday - so sorted hopefully.
