    Yes there are good dentists everywhere, its just those good dentist are busy treating the locals rather than spending money advertising for irish people to come over, spend money and fly away. High speed complex dental work is not a good idea ever, anywhere.

    Interesting piece in the UK times yesterday on the effects of the cosmetic surgery market on people's health and how unregulated it was.
    It gave a timeline for certain treatments if done properly with an example of several weeks to get veneers done as opposed to a week holiday.
