hi can anyone recommend a GOOD physio or chiropractor in Galway??
I have had ongoing issues with my back for the past 16 years (spondylosis). I have also had trouble with my right hip and i had 2 hip scopes done with little improvement.
I find most of my problems are coming from my back, once the back gets bad my hip flares up and I get pain down into my right knee also. I have pain every day in one or more these areas and have gone to numerous physios, spent a fortune on scans and doctors and have had little success with getting on top of the pain to date.
Any help or recommendations appreciated thanks!

In any case, you''re not allowed to recommend practitioners here, but really what I wanted to say is that a physio and a chiropractor are two very different things.

A physio is a healthcare professional.
A chiropractor is a quack.

Chiropractic is quackology at it's highest, can cause you serious damage

maybe placebo effect kinda thing at play
