Windows 10 Drive change

If I replace an existing hard drive with a new SSD on a system that currently has legit Windows 10 Home installed and activated & reinstall Win 10 on the new SSD, will it activate or will it interpret it as a different system & fail to activate?

I don't want to use an image which was an upgrade, I want a clean install.

You can swap the disk without a problem. I believe that only a motherboard change will deactivate it. Windows activation isn't as fussy as it was in the XP days.
