Vodafone modem

    Just got Vodafone installed last week ,I got the tv service and broadband .im running eight devices off the modem between phones and computers of every sort but it's keeps cutting out on me even when the devices are nt in use ,does anyone know whether they would change the modem for me as it looks like a heap of plastic .i had no issues with Eir and there modem was pretty good .advice advice before I ring them

    They only offer one unit for that service, no point in replacing it unless you've real evidence its at fault.

    Troubleshoot stability with them on the phone.

    Why do you think it's cutting out ,they must have an improved model

    It may be wireless, it may be an overly aggressive line profile. Vodafone support should be able to tell from the logs.
