    Hi,
    I have a payment overdue and wish to request a payment instalment plan. I have also just switched to a different energy supplier. Can someone please contact me via pm in order to set this up?

    Hi Tyrone Shoes,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If you message us the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating that you were the account-holder, your name, address and date of birth, we can assist you ASAP.

    We will also require confirmation of how many weeks (out of a maximum of eight) you need for your payment plan, and the best day of the week for you to make each payment.
