Estimate of value of a small wood?

Anyone offer an opinion of the value of 2 acres of sycamore, not sure of the age. They are planted maybe 4ft apart and are maybe 25ft tall. Trunk diameter is mostly about 4-5 inch, with some smaller. I passed a property for sale recently, curious to know the value of the land.
