So recently the water tank in my attic has Overflowed causing water to come out the overflow pipe I fixed the problem and now the tank is back up to its generic water level, The only problem is that know their is no water running to all my appliances upstairs such as my sink, toilet and bath.

Likely an airlock in a cold water supply from tank down to there water points.

Can depend from house to house how to shift it.

Sometimes open all these water points at once.

My home house years ago we would run the garden hose up to the tap in the bathroom sink and make a good secure connection. The mains water would then push back against the airlock and force it back into the tank, we could hear the air enter the tank.

Yes you were right it was a really bad Airlock inside the tank in the attic, I brought a hose up to the attic and just blew through it which worked thank you :)
