Employment Contract Advice?

    Hi all,

Apologies if this is not permitted, or if it's in the incorrect section - if so please delete or move as appropriate.

If one's employer is not upholding a term of the contract, what recourse is there for the employee (or employees as it affects dozens of employees in this particular company) to take? It involves a service that the company stipulated will be complimentary for the first number of years of the contract, which is a standard clause in this company, but has been charging employees nonetheless.

Are the employees entitled to their money back?
