DeliverMe - Anyone ever collected from their address?

    Howdy folks,

Looking to get an Argos item that's cheaper up north than it is in the Republic. The item weighs in excess of 100kg and comes across more than a single box (at least 2, could be more).

It's also about 7ft tall in one direction when packaged.

Due to size and weight, parcel motel, parcel wizard/DPD, An Post/Address Pal, etc is not a feasible option. However, deliverme.ie seem to have a collection service available (ie; argos would deliver to them, but instead of them posting it to me, they'd let me collect it).

What I'm wondering though, is has anyone ever done this?

My issue with it is that there are no prices online for them for collection. Only for a full delivery to an Irish Address. Im just not sure if they'll still charge oversize fees etc. if they aren't actually posting the item.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience. They only open 9-5 Mon-Fri so can't call them.

Did a google and Boards search but couldn't find anything.

    Cheers :)

Just as a heads up, they wanted €30 for the two deliveries. Very reasonable. Chap (Paul) seemed sound, too.
