Changing Ryanair flights

I know Ryanair charge per portion of a flight to change them. I think it will be €60 each way per person.
I wonder if anyone can help me with the following please: if you paid for priority boarding, an assigned seat and baggage do you maintain all that on the new flight? And how do they work out if your new flight costs more than the original - is it based on the cost as at the moment of changing it?
Have tried to ask Ryanair this through live chat but haven't got far...
    Thanks in advance.

Yes all the extras you bought transfer to the new flight, only issue would be if you move from low season to high where it would increase for baggage charges. Last time I changed I recall it being less than €60 each way to change, price for flight I was going to go on had doubled but price I rebooked for was around the same as original booking so not sure on exact formula.

One thing I don't think transfers is insurance if you booked it.
