1. What is your budget? €700/€800 (Room for more)

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Not only everyday basic use but also mild gaming but mainly video/photo editing and also animation ( don't know the software yet ðŸ˜¥)

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes (Windows 10)

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

5. Do you need a monitor? Yes But will be bought outside of budget money.

5a. If yes, what size do you need. Anything between 22 and 26

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? ---

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Would like a wireless card

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

Would like the PC to be a red/black themed build if at all possible as I love looks!

If you can wait, AMD's RX 470 demolishes the GTX 960 for only €20-25 more, however it just came out so supplies are only trickling in.

Fallout 4 runs way faster on DDR4, I'm sure there's other games where it has an advantage too.

Also, €90 for a B85? I think my Z97 was only €85, and that was almost two years ago

This seems like a really did build for what I want and I love how everything is colour coded as I wanted. Can I ask one thing tho is there any other cases I could use I like it but it doesn't seem perfect for me?

Ehhh Gigabyte Z97 D3H or something like that.

I'd recommend a Skylake build anyways though, basically the above but with an i5 6500, a B150 board and DDR4 RAM.

While the Xeon outperforms the i5 in GTA, all numbers are above 60 so it doesn't matter anyways there. I'd think the newer chipset is a better idea

And tbh it just doesn't have a hope of beating the Xeon in benchmarks of any kind unless the game is RAM-speed limited (and even there, DDR3-1600 @ CAS9 holds up better than DDR4-2133)

Xeon's are great value for money, the only thing is though;
The price.
They are sandwiched between the Core i5 xxxxK version and the basic i7. For some, a Core i5 6400 for example at €170, is a more feasible expense than the €250 Xeon, whilst the Xeon is the supreme choice, it is more expensive. If you can fit it in, always take the Xeon. If not, no major loss.

You could, though Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer 120 is quieter.

That looks good but as a previous poster said why would you go for the GTX 960 when for an extra €30 you can get the RX 470?

Get a cheaper motherboard if you need. Can't overclock a Xeon so Z97 doesn't matter, go for a H97 or B85

Its 99 euro I found the Asus B85M-Gamer Intel B85 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 mATX on Mindfactory for 70 quid which fits my budget better.

Can I also ask one thing I cant really afford to get the rx 470 but I found this gtx 960 2048MB Inno3D GeForce GTX 960 iChill X3 Air Boss Ultra Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 Should I get this (Is it any good I never heard of the brand before) Or should I stick with what I have.

Avoid Corsair CX, they are budget models (Tier 4 in the reliable Tom's PSU tier list)
