    Is the online NCT checker always up to day re when car is due. ? Saw a car for sale but not close enough to see NCT but got reg

    Yes should be up to date from the day after test was done.

    OP if you're considering buying a car have it checked over by a mechanic the fact it has passed an NCT means very little in the great scheme of things
