application for fire safety cert

    I am opening a new retail premises and am required to have

    a.Fire safety certificate

    b, Disibility cert

    Any recommendations who to use ( co.meath) and what kind of cost involved ?

    Who done your Planning Application?
    Can the do it?

    FSC is a square meter basis, €2.90 per square meter iirc and your DAC is reduced to €500 if you lodge at the same time. Otherwise its €800. These fees will obviously on top of the fees to actually prepare the applications.

    i have no planning.

    its an existing shop whom the owner is retiring and i am taking it over.

    Do i need the Certs if no changes are been made?

    shop is 34 years old and he says he never had one !

    What's the current use of the shop?
    what are you proposing to sell?

    Will any material alterations take place?
