Hi, I'm looking for a 40 inch TV. Don't need Smart TV as I'm going to hook it up with a Chromecast. Good quality picture, good value. That's what I'm after.

Unfortunately once you get up to around a 40", almost all models would be a smart TV, it's quite rare to get one now that isn't
