Having a brain fart and need some assistance.

For 4BBB match play, low man goes to 0 then the other players get 90% of the difference - but is this on exact handicap or playing handicap?

CONGU says "full handicaps" - so an 8.4 exact and 8 playing, which of these two is the "full handicap"?

Got a slightly related question on handicaps for singles matchplay... Is it the difference between handicaps at the start of the season or the actual at the time the match was played. I think its the latter but can anyone clarify?

Your current handicap. Some of the interclub team comps base getting on the team from the handicap at the end of the previous year. But then they are gross comps from then on.

For matchplay in your club its your current handicap.
