John battles solicitors, wellington terrace, o Connell avenue.

I've used them twice for houses and very happy.

A third for Tina Hills. I was buying from NAMA, so it was not a straightforward purchase but she was great. She gave the most competitive quote too.

    Cheers for all recommendations...

So is the best thing to do is ring up solicitors office and just say I need a solicitor for buying a house and ask for a quote.

Do I need to pay anything up front

Paddy, how did you get on?

Remember, you might go on about how costly a solicitor is, but let me tell you, don't be the man to find out how much a cheap solicitor will cost you. Pay your way to a good solicitor, don't f"ck around with these things.
