    Hey,

I'm looking for some good research on protective factors and resilience in mental health, specifically around the burden of care as experienced by family members/caregivers/parents. What steps or interventions are protective in easing their distress and in building coping skills?

I've had a little look on Google Scholar, but if anyone knows any good papers right off that bat that would be handy, thanks.

Hmm, there's been quite a discussion about this on Researchgate.

Oh yeah? Didn't realise it had a discussion element.

I think it's the one I had great trouble registering with, because I'm not working for an academic institution. Or maybe it was academia.edu.
