i have a few queries. we are moving to a house where a relative currently lives, we will be taking over the bills, so whats the proceedure to get my name on the account? we may also upgrade to include broadband, but if we do not get a good enough deal, we may switch providers, in this case if we decided to cancel my relatives eir account(contract until January) are there penalties involved?
