    Hi All

    Is anyone going through this process at the moment ?

    How long did it take before a mediator contacted you ?

    I'm waiting three weeks and no sign of a mediator yet.

    I had to wait nearly a year between the start and end of the process. (approx 2 years ago). The RTB are under staffed so I wouldnt hold your breath on a quick turn around.

    3 weeks is nothing for the PRTB. I have an ongoing case since 2011.
