Did RTE Radio 1 go down this morning for 15 minutes?

I was only getting dead air from RTE this morning, from after the 9am news & weather, until about 9.15am Marty made no mention of it at all. Was it just a local thing I wonder? (Dublin City South) At the end of the weather, the voice of the presenter began to fade out, and then the sound returned suddenly 15 minutes later..
