Training for Half marathon

    Hi all,
    I'm thinking of training for a HM. I've looked at a few different plans and am a bit confused. As it stands I can run 10 k in just under an hour and I run about 20 k per week usually 2 5ks and then 1 10 k. My pace is always between 5;20 to 6:40 per k. I've looked at a few plans some seem to mention intensity training, some don't, some focus on easy runs and some on long runs. I'm a bit confused by all the options, I've no athletics or running background or knowledge. I just run to beat stress really. Is there any app with a training plan you'd recommend? I'm using 21k runner a bit but I'm not sure it's that good. Thanks in advance for any advice.
