    Hi y'all, I'm on a blood sugar lowering diet at the moment. Any advice please on where I could get the following:

    i. Apple Cider Vinegar (preferably the unfiltered liquid type)

    ii. Cylon Cinnamon

    iii. Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (medicinal supplement- any person probably gotten this from a health store?)

    I live around Rathmines, Dublin. Suggestions would be really appreciated.

    I got Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in Nourish on Liffey Street.
