Cost of renovating

    Thinking of renovating my patients home
    What I'd like to do is

    New kitchen and bathroom
    Plumbing
    Heating maybe
    Floors
    Replaster some walls as they have wall paper not a fan
    Windows and doors
    Roof maybe insulation
    Some cosmetics painting

    Would 100 k get me much
    House is over 100 years structure seems fine
