Barring order help please

    I urgently need a barring order from my dh,he is an alcoholic ,after years it has all just came to a head,what do I need to include in the grounds for barring order section ?is it just the physical and fear for dc and my own safety or do I include the emotional?the insults ?the verbal abuse,the anxiety,the way he robs from anything he can find including kids savings jars and the way he uses the bed as a toilet ?I need this asap have not got the time or money to get legal aid or solicitor right now as he has all the spent that he could get his hands , any advise wold be great ,or pm if you want to remain private,thank u

    You'll need to go to the local district court, they will advise you and give you the form you need.

    Thank you I have the form,just don't know do I need to include emotional and physcological abuse or only the fear aspect ?

    Do write everything down on form and use spare paper If needed all the above are forms abuse no matter what way u look at it, good luck

    Include the lot. District clerk will assist you if you are unsure about anything.

    You should really call Womens Aid. They can assist you with the forms. Be prepared for the possibility of only getting a safety order instead of a barring order though. Set up your own bank account in the morning too.

    Speak to Women's Aid or similar ASAP.
