PPP Tranche 3?

    Is there any hope for a new PPP programme to be launched soon seeing as Tranche 2 of the PPPs is well on it's way to completion? It may be the only way to get the M20 off the ground.

    Here's Tranche 2 announced in 2009
    • N7 Newlands Cross upgrade - finished 2015
    • M11 Arklow-Rathnew: opened 13/07/2015
    • M17/M18 Gort-Tuam: opening early 2018
    • M11 Enniscorthy bypass: open late 2018
    • N25 New Ross bypass: opening April 2019
    • N6 Galway City Outer Bypass: abandoned in favour of "N6 Galway City Transport Project", funding of which has been unconfirmed

    Surely with projects such as the M20 & the rest of the Atlantic corridor needing done, another PPP tranche will be announced over the next year or two?
