I have a learner driver insured on my car.
I am concerned they haven't applied for their test despite the fact they have repeatedly told me they have done so. Can anyone tell me if you apply for your test how are you notified or is your application officially acknowledged in writing? Email? or do you need to log on to a site?
    thanks

I've booked two tests recently and once you've booked and paid (you pay upfront when booking), you get a confirmation email from the RSA. Following this I was notified of the test date by email approx. 2 weeks in advance of the test itself

Take them off the insurance, That may encourage their application.
