Don't pay any more.I paid all of them except the last one.I didn't see the point when the fees were supposed to be dropped. We will hopefully all get our money back too, only logical conclusion.

    Hi sparkly extra water,

    Thanks your query.

The Water Services (Amendment) Bill 2016 provides for the suspension of Domestic Water Charges. Customers are liable for water charges up until the 31st of March 2016 and bills up until this date should be paid using any of our payment options here.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Niall

What happens if people paid nothing at all up to that point?

Government are considering a range of options to deal with the matter, but no formal announcement has been made in relation to this. We will be sure to inform our customers when a decision is make.

Please let me know if there is anything else we can help with.

    Kind regards,
    Niall
