If I see a drawings of a house on websites eg -snip (no adds) snip-would I still need to go to architect off line thanks

It is foolish to think that a house you see on line is going to be perfectly suited to your site.
To say that it is, you would be confirming that the light, views, ground contours are all similar to your site. You would also be assuming that such a design will actually suit the landscape at your location.

Ignoring all that, at a minimum, you will need a site plan drawn up following a survey showing the house located within the site with all ground level and floor levels etc

The answer to you question is on the -snip- site.
They are just planning drawings that meet building regulations, and the -snip- says extra drawings are required.
They are not construction drawings.
