    Hi all,
I'm wondering if any of ye could recommend anyone in the Galway area that reconditions tractor engines. I have a vintage Fordson Major here (east Galway) and the engine block needs overhauling. Crankshaft possibly needs machining. Thanking in advance,
    andymann

    Hi andymann.

I highly recommend Martin Howley Ardrahan. He is very experienced and knows his stuff.

Think if you do a search on the forums here you will find other references to him.

    Worth giving a call 091 635 217.

Give these lads a ring in Castlebar - they may have a contact in the Galway area.

Sorry for digging up an old thread but does Martin still work on the masseys. I was ringing and ringing but can’t get him.
    Thanks
